particular enterpnse to its external users and stakeholders
with a view to economic decisions
The annual report is the document that contains the financial
statements, the management’s review, a statement by the
executive and supervisory boards on the annual report, an
auditors’ report and any supplementary reports, and the
purpose is to disclose information to external users and
stakeholders with a view to economic decisions.
